GENERAL INFORMATION
To receive the best possible service and a guaranteed delivery time, catering orders should be placed at least 24 hours prior to your occasion. We try to accommodate later requests, but do occasionally have days booked to capacity. Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance must be placed by telephone. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. Catering prices include a table cloth, disposable eating utensils, plates and napkins, serving utensils and containers. We reserve the right to make like substitutions when necessary.

For your health and safety, please know that your food was prepared in a food-safe environment. We urge you to either store leftovers in a refrigerator immediately, or dispose of them. They should not be left out and consumed at a later time.

$6.95 per person--avocado and bacon, add .95¢ per person.
Includes sourdough and wheat bread, fresh oven roasted turkey, roast beef, ham, Swiss and Cheddar cheese, green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Also choose two from: potato salad, house pasta, fresh fruit (seasonal) and potato chips.

Tostada Salad Bar
$7.25 per person--shredded beef, add $1.00 per person.
Includes tostada shell, refried beans, chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, sour cream, salsa and guacamole.

Baked Potato Bar
$6.95 per person
Served with homemade chili, steamed vegetables, grated Cheddar cheese, sour cream and butter, a roll, and a green salad with choice of dressing.

Hot Pasta Bar
$7.95 per person
Includes fettuccine and spaghetti noodles, alfredo and marinara sauce. Choose two from: meatballs, chicken, Cajun chicken, and veggies. Also served with parmesan bread sticks and a tossed green salad with choice of dressing.

Soup and Salad Bar
$6.95 per person
Your choice of soup, a bread bowl, tossed green salad with choice of dressing and crackers are included.

Chicken Specialties

Choose from Cajun, Walnut Pesto, Mushroom, or Hawaiian. Each dish is served with your choice of dressing or hot veggie mix, and a dinner roll with butter.

Italian Specialties

Choose from Italian Sausage Lasagna, Veggie Lasagna, 3 Cheese Manicotti or Sausage Manicotti. Each dish is served with parmesan bread sticks and a tossed green salad with your choice of dressing.

Homestyle Meals
$7.95 per person for Meatloaf--$8.95 per person for Turkey and Pot Roast
Choose from Meatloaf, Cajun Meatloaf, Oven-Roasted Turkey or Pot Roast. Each meal is served with fresh mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed vegetables and a dinner roll with butter.

Mexican Specialties

Choose from Chili Verde Burritos, Chicken and Black Bean Burritos, Chicken or Beef Enchiladas, or Build your own Taco Bar. Depending on the Mexican Specialty you choose, some or all of the following are included: Spanish rice, refried or black beans, shredded lettuce, grated Cheddar cheese, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, sour cream, diced onions, guacamole, shredded beef, Spanish chicken.
